How does billing work?
A one-time onboarding fee (varies by tier) plus your first quarter's subscription are due together as your "Total Due" when you sign up — pay it and your account goes live immediately. From there, you're billed every 3 months based on your active member count at the time.
What determines my price?
Your tier, your region, and how many active members you have. 10–150 members are flat monthly bands (e.g. 31–50 members is one flat rate); above 150, pricing switches to a per-member rate.
Do tiers include add-ons?
No — each tier is a complete, fixed bundle. There's nothing extra to buy; choosing a tier is choosing everything in it.
Can I change tiers later?
Yes, upgrade or downgrade at any time from your Billing page. Your bundle and your quarterly rate both update immediately to match.
Is our data isolated from other churches?
Yes. Every organization's data is strictly separated at the database level, enforced independently of the application code.
